Humboldt Research Fellowships In Germany For 2023 Fully Funded: Humboldt Research Fellowships for Postdoctoral Researchers enable highly qualified scientists and scholars who are starting their academic careers and who completed their doctoral degrees less than four years ago to conduct research in Germany. Fully Funded Humboldt Research Fellowships in Germany 2023 are available to undertake Masters-level programs at German universities.
The following subjects are available for study under this scholarship program.
In addition to the “Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers”, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation also offers a wide range of scholarships, funding, and awards. Australian citizens may be interested in:

What are the benefits?
Fellowship funding duration is from 6 to 24 months. Fellowship benefits include:
A monthly stipend of €2,670 and research expenses and allowances are provided. Invitations to events and language courses can also be provided.
Lump sum for companion’s travel expenses if the expenses are not borne by a third party.
A language fellowship for an intensive language course lasting two to four months at a selected language institute in Germany immediately preceding the actual period of research; Language fellowships may also be granted to co-spousal partners.
Family allowance for living with family members staying at least three months (monthly allowance: up to €346 for married partners and up to €274 for each child)
For single parents: Flat rate allowance for accompanying children (under 18) for a minimum stay of three months (€400 per month for the first child and €100 per month for each additional child)
Additional extension of fellowship up to 12 months for research fellows with children under 12 years of age
Research expenses subsidy for hosts in Germany of €800 per month (for research in the natural sciences and engineering) and €500 (for research in the humanities and social sciences)
Europe Allowance for a research stay at a research institute in another European country (even if not the research fellow’s own country); for a fixed period during the fellowship if necessary to ensure the success of the research
Extensive alumni sponsorship after successful research stays, especially for maintaining links with collaborating partners in Germany throughout Humboldtien’s academic career.
