A Communications Officer is needed to join our Marketing and Communications team. The chosen applicant will report to the Communications Manager and will be critical to our ambitious plans to boost audience engagement across many communication mediums.
We’re searching for skilled communicators to join a fast-paced company that generates millions of impressions each year. We want to expand our reach and reputation, as well as improve our traffic. This activity is crucial in influencing a broad variety of individuals to learn more about our weapon and armory collections, as well as the history of human endeavor related to our artifacts.
The selected applicant will have strong copywriting skills as well as experience growing audiences through organic social media. They should have prior experience analyzing data and creating engaging digital content, as well as working in a communications team.
Working 36 hours a week, usually Monday through Friday, with weekend and evening shifts. The job will be a hybrid, needing both home and office work from our Leeds Museum.
