Day to Day
■ Build and nurture strong relationships with all different departments within the agency, including project management and innovation departments and be the key day-to-day contact with multiple stakeholders, delivering a high level of customer service. Let’s meet.
■ Take the provisional to the artistic team(s) and manage feedback autonomously.
■ Ensure smooth progress and delivery of all ad development, manage projects, and own interim order plans and budgets. Assurance expectations are set and managed by everyone internally and externally.
■ Monitor and approve all contact reports before they go to the client and arrange regular competitive reviews to work with the business person to share with the rest of the team and the buyer.
■ Experience working in account management.
■ Financial or similar buyer skills would be very useful but not essential.
■ Experience managing buyers, delivering projects, and working on your initiative while collaborating within a team.
■ Good operating knowledge of all Microsoft workplace packages.
